News and Media as well as outreach and communications with the SKA aims to provide a one stop portal for all of our social and traditional media activities, as well as press release information and a wide range of multimedia data. Here’s a summary of what you can find in this section of the website.
This section of the site will provide links to our regular eNews newsletters, inform the press of upcoming SKA related events and activities, and members of the public with up to date information on the SKA. Members of the SKA community at large can read the SKAO Bi-Monthly Bulletin, which provides updates on the project and activities of SKAO staff from the SKA Organisation Headquarters at Jodrell Bank.
Education and Learning
Our educational activities aimed at students in both primary and secondary level education will also be linked from here. These include for younger students, our cartoon series, cut out models of the SKA telescopes a set of fun and amazing facts, and much more to come
The primary aim of SKA outreach is to raise awareness of the scientific objectives and progress of the SKA telescope project among scientists, policy makers, educational establishments and the general public.In doing so we regularly have events or attend conferences, you can read about those in our events section

The SKA is a global organisation – its strength lies in the cooperation of international partners. This means that many groups and individuals work and communicate on behalf of the SKA.
The brand guidelines contain rules for use of the logo and other elements of the SKA visual identity.
The guidelines help all project partners to protect the SKA identity, and build uniformity and recognition across the project.
